Finally side walk sales are here !! Probably my favorite type of shopping... Any way a local suburb of where I live has a small but great one... here are some of the photos of my finds!

 I love these bracelets: they would go amazing with a block colored outfit !

Bargains !! I brought an amazing poster from a frame store that was reduced from $35 to $22. I know the price wasn't bad in the first place... Still a good $13 off ! It was an old french poster from an opera... I love it !!

Happy Fathers day to you all ! For fathers day we decided to take a trip into the city and visit the art institute of Chicago , fun stuff. So anyway here are the photos !

 

The beautiful view from my dads office !! In the one below I love how it looks like my face in reflected in the building.

Those are just a few of my favorite art pieces, the photo above was actually a picture of maybe my favorite piece. The lights continued to change so different words lit up, it was really sweet. England game today! To be honest England are doing so badly I've given up caring about the score ! Six flags also today ! Ah I love the rides ! However its thunder storming pretty badly, so if I don't get to ride superman, I will explode like a child beauty pageant queen.

So hello everybody, sorry I haven't been blogging for a few days (slight technical difficulties)

Anyway I am back to doing another India Blog, fun stuff. 

Anyway we have now moved onto Bangalore, which was probably my favorite destination of the trip. I was shown around by two Indian local women, they knew everything about the city so it was great to be able to experience places that others may not have been able to go. It was unbelievable ! I didn't take many photos (which I am kicking my self for !!) But I felt it was slightly rude to take photos of people kids... if they even cared :/

 The jewelry was outstanding ! It was mostly silver, and the stone you see here. Silver is like a big thing in India so it was pretty expensive! The bracelet was around 300 dollars, (12,000 rupees ?), its very fun to argue and bargain the price.

Yes I did get a henna ! The story is actually really good... I was walking through a market place in a reasonably busy part of Bangalore, and basically the women I was with asked a women where I could get a henna done ,  she told her 5 year old son to show us the way. When we got there we had to go down a small mud alley way and duck into a house made of cement, witch very small ceilings and the whole house was tiny ! The women I was with were extremely hesitant... but it was an elderly lady and her two very young sons. I thought the danger risk was low. Any way she did a "simple" pattern on the front and back of my hands... basically this dark layer rubs off and the Orange ink stays on. It was only meant to last about 3 or 4 days but as my body temperature was so hot it lasted 3 weeks !!

My favorite song of the moment is definitely Magic - B.O.B, sorry slightly random but I'm listening to it right now !!
